Doug & Stephanie ~ Mayan Riviera, Mexico

Getting to know this sweet couple during our stay in Mexico was so much fun! Doug has a hilarious sense of humor and Steph's warm and friendly personality helped make any moment spent with them bright! When we started planning their session, I honestly don't know who was more excited: them or me. These two have been married for 20 years now, and I felt so honored to be capturing everything from the way that they lovingly look into each others eyes to their fun, playful side. Most of the week that we were there we were stuck in a tropical downpour, but luckily the storms cleared up for our last two days in paradise and our evening session was a success! (and yes I may have gotten a sunburn as the sun was setting on that last day, despite layering on SPF 85 sunscreen- whoops! Does anyone else have that problem???)
